MA, LMFT, CEDS
I obtained my BA in Psychology from Hope International University and took a gap year to work full-time in a residential treatment center for eating disorders. It was my time there that confirmed that I am passionate about helping others reach their goals. I attended Azusa Pacific University where I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology and had the opportunity to provide therapy in varying settings (such as day treatment programs, residential settings, and churches) with individuals, couples, and families.
My passion is meeting clients where they are at so that they can meet their goals. Often the unwanted behaviors we bring into therapy are meeting a need of ours, and I help you get those needs met in other ways that feel more in-line with your personal values.
When I’m not working, I love to adventure with my family, get cozy with a good book, and drink good coffee.
